Dark Forest Love predominantly uses a mid-palette color scheme and intentionally avoids significant use of the full spectrum. This choice is meant to evoke the liminal sense of the middle and the ‘in-between’ transitions. Perhaps it is dusk or dawn when day and night meet. The middling creates an interpretive space for the viewer to explore their relationship with the darkness and the unknown. The moody ambiance encourages a contemplative pause.
